The training trip is organized to improve knowledge of the Russian partners, responsible for elaboration of Term of References of planned investment objects and involved in projects preparation. Study visit provides knowledge in the sphere of innovative models of waste water treatment in South Estonia in Lake Peipsi region. Target group of the training is representatives of four municipalities of Pskov Region, Russia who are planning reconstruction of waste water treatment factories to enriched their experience in this sphere for more effective planning.
Large Infrastructure Projects are investment-oriented cross-border cooperation projects and are aimed to be financed without call for proposals as direct awards. LIPs have been identified by the Joint Programming Committee of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme and those are listed in the Programme document.
