Proposed Project idea

Risk assessment of invasive forest pest insect and fungal pathogen species spreading in North Eastern Europe.

Aim: to reveal potential treats of appearing invasive species for European forests.

Purpose: to compare and analyse forest pathogen and insect pest complexes using combined field and laboratory studies of pathogen and pests complexes, molecular studies of population structure, and preparation of database of potential invasive species.

Proposed Project implemenation period

2017-2019
