The Financing Agreement (FA) which ensures prolongation of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme for 1 year has been adjusted. The European Commission proposal to amend the FA in written procedure was accepted by the Republic of Estonia and the Russian Federation. The date of entry into force of the modifications is considered on 5th of August 2021.
