The State Shared Service Centre in Estonia invites interested parties to participate in a procurement: “Ex-post evaluation for the Estonian EU external border Programme” (Procurement Reference Number: 272101), and to submit the tender.
The deadline for submitting tenders is 10 January 2024 at 11.00 (time in Estonia).
The evaluation shall cover the Estonian EU external border programme 2014-2020 and its implementation during the programme period. The key issue of evaluation is analysis of the effectiveness and impacts of the Programme implementation.
The evaluation will provide valuable information for the decision-making bodies on both national and regional level in the future development of the external border area. Additionally, it will give an input for the European Commission in creating new financial support instruments in the upcoming period.
