– Mid-Term Evaluation Report of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 (Programme) was approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee on 9 March 2021.
Evaluation has been carried out according to the Monitoring and Evaluation Plan of the Programme and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 897/2014 to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the Programme`s execution.
Mid-term evaluation which was conducted by external experts from September 2020 to March 2021 focused on Programme authorities and beneficiaries.

– Citizen’s Summary provides an overview of the Programme’s official Annual Report submitted to the European Commission for the period 01.07.2018 – 30.06.2019 and is corresponding to the accounting year set out in the EU regulations for ENI CBC programmes.
