The Call for proposals (1st stage) is open from 17 January 2017. Deadline for submission of project applications (Project Summary Forms) is 4 May 2017 at 17:00 (Estonian time). Deadline for submission of Full Application Forms for pre-selected projects is 14 February 2018 at 17.00 (EST time).
