Programme event

Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme is providing individual consultations for potential Applicants and partners within the 1st Call for Proposals.

 Consultations take place in main office of the Joint Technical Secretariat in Tartu (Sõbra 56, Estonia):

in January 2017 on 18th; 19th; 31st;
in February 2017 on 1st ; 14th; 15th;
in March 2017 on 07th; 08th; 14th; 15th;

and in Pskov (Russia) on 28 February 2017,
in St.Petersburg (Russia) on 23 March for Applicants from Leningrad oblast,
in St.Petersburg (Russia) on 24 March for Applicants from St.Petersburg.

For consultation please fill in  Project idea form and send it to the Joint Technical Secretariat by e-mail beforehand: [email protected].

Registration for the consultations is required.

1st Call for proposals will be open from 17 January 2017 until 3 April 2017.

Joint Technical Secretariat is organising also three 2-day information events in Estonia and Russia in January and February 2017. Registration is open and detailed information please find on our website.

Under the 1st Call for proposals three thematic objectives will be opened:
TO1 Business and SME development
TO 5 Support to local and regional good governance
TO6 Environmental protection, climate change mitigation and adaption.

Estonia-Russia CBC Programme 2014-2020 aims to foster cross-border cooperation across the borders between the Republic of Estonia and the Russian Federation.
