Awarding the participants of the competition “Cross-border cooperation without borders” dedicated to European Cooperation Day.
Creative competition was held from 17 August to 14 September 2020 in Narva (Estonia) and Ivangorod (Russia) organized by two local municipalities.
The purpose of the creative contest is to emphasize and promote the importance of developing cross-border cooperation and provide an opportunity for creative people to show their talents.
