- During Inclusion Days the local residents together with the disabled and the elderly people can get acquainted with project idea and concept of Inclusion Days, try out new exercise equipment and find out what exercises that strengthen mental and physical health can be done at home on a daily basis.
- Basic health-promoting physical trainings for people with special needs and elderly people is a part of the “Days of Inclusion”. They are conducted by the coach-physiotherapist under whose professional leadership the community representatives can familiarize with training equipment and basic health-promoting physical activity recommendations.
Together with an invited trainer the people can learn how to use ergonomic equipment and do simple physical exercises.
