Reconstruction of Kulgu port in Narva riverside area has been completed an will be officially open on 8 October.
At the opening event greetings from the Narva City Government and partners will be followed by cutting a ceremonial ribbon. Solemn atmosphere will be created by the brass orchestra of Narva Music School.
Reconstructed unique riverside area has improved cross-border business and recreation environment and opportunities.
