Preparation process of Estonia-Russia programme 2021-2027 is in full swing.
On 12 November policy objective „A smarter Europe by promoting innovative and smart economic transformation” and its two specific objectives which are pre-selected by the Joint Programming Committee (JPC) will be discussed between field-experts and stakeholders from Estonia and Russia.
Based on desktop research, stakeholders consultations and collection of ideas that have been carried out in September and October in Estonia and Russia the additional lists of activities and indicators are proposed for both specific objectives. Field-experts will provide their valuable input on how realistic and relevant are the cooperation activities and indicators for development of entrepreneurship in Estonian and Russian border regions.
The feedback of event will be presented to the JPC on 17 November during its 3rd meeting.
