On 29th July official opening of Luunja Harbor in Estonia will start at 7 p.m.
Greetings from the representatives of Luunja Municipality, project partner and guests will be followed by cutting the ribbon. After the official part guests will enjoy performances by choir “Jõeõed”, folk dance group “Trambali”, ensemble of Haaslava male choir and youth ensemble “Jacob Cream”.
The constructed stationary pier in Luunja will allow the mooring of both smaller and larger vessels irrespective of the water level. Also new services are established: discharge of bilge water and waste water, use of water and electricity by clients.
The establishment of this small harbour will contribute to the development of water tourism in Lake Peipsi/Chudsko-Pskovskoe area.
