Opening of the investment objects which were reconstructed in the framework of the project in Estonia: Värska-Ulitina-Saatse road, parking areas and foot/cycle ways to improve business environmt of the border area.
Local entrepreneurs, inhabitants and guests are invited to the event and driving together from Värska to Saatse, attend the opening ceremony and picnic.
