In the framework of Estonia – Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 there is going to be held Partner Search Forum on 7-8 September, 2016 in the Centre of Import Substitution and Localization, Pavilion № 4, Lenexpo Exhibition Complex, 103 Bolshoy prospect, Vasilievsky Ostrov, 199106, St. Petersburg, Russia, http://importnet.ru/kontakti .
The Estonia-Russia CBC Programme implicates 3 strategic objectives: A. Promotion of economic and social development in regions on both sides of the common borders; B. Addressing common challenges in environment, public health, safety and security; C. Promotion of better conditions and modalities for mobility of persons, goods and capital. The strategic objectives are supported by actions that are included in ‘Thematic Objectives’ (TO), which will be in the focus of Partner Search Forum, namely:
– TO 1 Business and SME development
– TO 6 Environmental protection, climate change mitigation and adaptation
– TO 5 Support to local and regional good governance
The Programme area where the project activities shall be implemented includes Kirde-Eesti, Lõuna-Eesti, Kesk-Eesti regions in Estonia and St. Petersburg, Leningrad and Pskov regions in Russia.
The Partner Search Forum will provide an opportunity for participants to find partners for future projects, to raise awareness of the Estonia-Russia Programme and its potential possibilities and rules. During the Forum useful information tips and training will be ensured for effective preparation of CBC project proposals.
To ensure wider participation it is expected to have one representative per organisation. It is planed that representatives of local and regional public authorities, national institutions, non-governmental organisations, educational, cultural and business institutions will take part in the Partner Search Forum.

Visa support for participants from Estonia will be provided for those who register for the event by 15 August 2016.
Logistics from Tartu (if needed also from Tallinn) and Pskov to the venue and back will be organised.
