9th Selection and 7th Joint Monitoring Committees meetings in St. Petersburg

Back-to-back meetings of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme bodies to be held in St.Petersburg, Russia in November 2019.

On 19 November  will take place 9^th meeting of Selection Committee (SC).  

The agenda of SC meeting includes the discussions on additional financing for implementation of Large Infrastructure Projects (LIPs). Also some proposals will be developed for approval at the JMC meeting on 20-21 November.

On 20-21 November 7^th meeting of the Joint Monitoring Committee (JMC) will be conducted.

The meeting will be chaired by representative of  Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The agenda of the meeting is very diverse, including discussion of the 1^st Call projects contracting process, approval of the additional financing for LIPs implementation, Work plan, Information and Communication plan for 2020, Technical assistance budget for 2020 and further period.
The decision on the launching of the 3rd Call, applicable documents and the timeline will be taken.

It is expected that National Delegations will make agreements for future programming, including establishment of the Joint Programming Committee.
