The awarded project ER19 “From family to society” (FFC) (Project) is now officially launched from 1st of April and will be implemented by three partners: NGO Vita Tiim and NGO “A home for every child” (Estonia) and Pskov region state budget social service institution «Regional Family center» (Russia).
The project will contribute to improvement of social services (family protection), rising professional capacities of social workers in sparsely populated areas and areas experiencing population decline and widening people-to-people contacts among population.
Special model of social support and accompaniment of the families at risk will be elaborated to help them to solve existing problems and to find new opportunities. Individual meetings with families, international learning programmes will let families find out more about cultures of neighbouring country (Estonia or Russia), learn from each other and develop project ideas of common cross-border initiatives (public events, clubs of interests, etc).
The project will be implemented in the course of 24 months supported by the overall budget EUR 149 473,00 which includes Programme co-financing in the amount of EUR 134 525,70.
