Deadline for the 1st Call for Proposals is prolonged

Submission of Project applications is ongoing! We welcome projects fostering cross border cooperation between Estonia and Russia.

On 31 March 2017 the decision to prolong the deadline for the 1st Call for proposals of the Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme (Programme) was made by the Joint Monitoring Committee of the Programme.





Three seminars intending to support applicants were organized by JTS

Three 2-day seminars to facilitate potential partners have been organized by the Programme during the first months after the announcement of the 1st Call for Proposals with a total available budget of about EUR 10 million. The seminars held in Estonia and Russia involved more than 270 participants.





Start of the new phase in the preparation of Large Infrastructure Projects

On 21 March the Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 received the European Commission decision on the approval of five Project Summary Forms of Large Infrastructure Projects (LIPs). The approval of the Project Summary Forms by the European Commission opens new phase – preparation of the Full Application Forms of the LIPs.





Promising project ideas and partnerships are in the focus of the individual consultations

Starting from the 17th January Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) has put major efforts on assistance to Applicants and partners in development of the project ideas providing individual consultations in Estonia and Russia. Special attention was paid to the use of the Electronic Monitoring System (eMS) as the key tool of the projects preparation and management system.
