The programme area includes the following NUTS III regions or their equivalents.
In the Republic of Estonia:
– Central Estonia (Järva, Lääne-Viru and Rapla county) ;
– Northern Estonia (Harju county, including the city of Tallinn);
– North-eastern Estonia (Ida-Viru county);
– Southern Estonia (Jõgeva, Põlva, Tartu, Valga, Viljandi and Võru county).
In the Russian Federation:
– City of St. Petersburg;
– Leningrad region;
– Pskov region.
