Overall objective: to activate the rural SMEs in Setomaa and Võru region, use of infrastructure developed in previous projects and involve the SMEs into the future development of the infrastructure by transferring the good knolwledge achieved from establishment of Freezing Centre in planning of product development center in Obinitsa.
Specific objectives:
1. to involve the wider group of rural SME’s/food producers to the development of the concept and services of potential new Obinitsa product development centre according to the real needs and expectations of entrepreneurs acting in local food sector
