Overall objective: To expand the ice hockey playing opportunities and popularizing ice hockey as a sport in southeastern Estonia. The project would also provide the opportunity to organize figure skating and speed skating trainings, skating lessons in the schools and be open to all local hobbyists.

Specific objectives:
1. Solar panels will be installed to Vastseliina sports field in order reduce electricity consumption.
2. To introduce the ice rink and create sport opportunities for local population
