Overall objective:

To eliminate the negative impact on the environment associated with the operation of centralized sewerage systems;
to improve the quality of living environment,
to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population of the programme territory,
to improve ecological conditions in the ecosystem of the Peipsi Lake.

Specific objective: To construct new water and sewage pipelines in Kallaste town.
