New Technologies and Innovation in Theatre

Project will focus on the development of cultural tourism and business activities, creating more visibility for cultural heritage in border regions (Eastern Virumaa, Narva and Leningrad oblast)

Specific objective:

Enhancing cross-border SMEs competitiveness in creative industries through fostering innovation, research and technological development.

Main activities:

Testing of the new technological solutions in collaboration with MEDIT
Development of sustainable business plan, portfolio of products and services
Provision of individually tailored counseling for experts
Creating a testing site and demo platform for new theatre technologies at the biennale performing arts festival “On the Edge”
Testing of the new web-based marketing systems to sell cultural tourism packages both in Russia and Estonia
