Overall objective: Improving co-operation and interaction between local and regional communities through economic and social development of it´s members (including labour market)
Specific objective: To help the unemployed people to make the necessary steps and acquire skills to find suitable jobs. Also to help new immigrants from Ukraine to integrate, find and maintain jobs, through Estonian language skills and counselling. Extra value in the project is to help participants to gain and maintain good mental health, balance and enthusiasm to maintain full working ability.
