Modernized equipment and production processes in the wood and furniture industry are causing and leading to the changes in educational field.

Võru County Vocational Training Centre and it’s unit TSENTER (The Centre of Competence for Wood Processing and Furniture Manufacturing)  in cooperation with Furniture Cluster of South-East Estonia supports SMEs in product process development and marketing through special training programs.

Overall objective: to provide better training conditions and increase the competitiveness of SMEs in the furniture sector

Specific objective:

• to provide new ways of teaching via purchase of modern equipment and development of new training programmes, thus increasing the innovation capacity of furniture industry SMEs.
