Preparation of the Programme Document for Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 is nearing completion and we invite everyone interested to take part in the public hearing for the Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation (CBC) Programme 2021-2027.
The aim of the public hearing is to collect comments and opinions concerning the future of Estonia-Russia CBC Programme, its draft Programme Document, proposed activities, indicators, etc. under each policy objective. The comments submitted within the hearings will be taken into consideration by the Joint Programming Committee, responsible for the preparation of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme 2021-2027 and used for finalizing the PD.

On 16 December 2021, as a part of this process, Managing Authority and Joint Technical Secretariat organize a webinar where the main chapters of the Programme document will be presented and discussed with the participants.

Public hearing is open from 9 December 2021 until 6 January 2022 to the audience interested in the development of the content of the Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027, especially Programme stakeholders and partners, including representatives of national and regional authorities, local municipalities, and their units, NGOs, universities, other institutions.
