Period of Public Hearings of the Programme Document
(PD) for Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 started
on 9 December 2021 and included key milestone on 16 December – Webinar,
where most important chapters of the PD were presented and discussed with the
audience interested in the development of the Programme’s content.
Public hearings are open till 6 January 2022 for the wide audience especially
current Programme stakeholders and partners, including representatives of
national and regional authorities, local municipalities, and their units, NGOs,
universities, SMEs, other institutions.

We invite everyone interested to take part in the Public Hearings of the PD, to use the opportunity to provide their feedback to the document, by filling-in the online survey feedback form by 6 January 2022, with comments that can be given in all three languages: Estonian, Russian or English: https://forms.gle/fQuUFck8REhJrYMj6
The comments submitted within the Hearings will be taken into consideration by the Joint Programming Committee, responsible for the preparation of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme 2021-2027 and used for finalizing the PD.
The aim of the Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 is to foster cross-border cooperation across the borders between the Republic of Estonia and the Russian Federation. The Programme area covers neighbouring regions of Estonia and Russia.
