The deadline for submission of Project Full Application Forms in electronic Monitoring System (eMS) within the 3rd Call for Proposals is 21 February 2020 by 23:59:59 Estonian time.
In case of hand delivery of documents please consider working hours of the JTS offices (local time):
– in Tartu, Estonia till 5 p.m.
– in St.Petersburg BO, Russia till 6 p.m.
– in Pskov BO, Russia till 6 p.m.
In case of sending project annexes by post, the postage stamp may not be later than February 21.
