Since April 2016 the Joint Technical Secretariat (JTS) of Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2014-2020 is functional and newly employed Programme consultants have started their duties.
Ms Riina Vaap, Programme Consultant has joined the staff of the Joint Technical Secretariat in main office in Tartu on 25 May 2016. Riina provides support and consultations to project Applicants and Beneficiaries in issues related to project preparation and implementation.
Riina has diverse experience in working in cross-border cooperation. She has been acting in youth field in different level organisations and have a various experiences in project management. For last 2,5 years Riina has worked for ENPI Estonia-Latvia-Russia CBC Programme 2007-2013 as a project manager in main office in Riga and was involved in the preparation of Estonia- Russia CBC Programme documents.

Ms Liane Rosenblatt, Programme and Communication Consultant has started work for the Programme in Tartu office on 1 June 2016. Liane provides support to project Applicants and Beneficiaries in issues related to projects preparation and implementation. She is to take care of communication and information issues within the Programme as well is responsible for supervision of the communication, visibility and publicity activities at the projects` level.
Liane has University Degree in Pedagogy. She has professional experience in foreign relations working in public sector, as well has been responsible for implementation and management of various international and cross-border cooperation projects and undertakings. Since 2010 she has worked for implementation of ENPI Estonia-Latvia-Russia CBC Programme 2007-2013 in sphere of information and communication, has organised many programme related events, prepared information materials and consulted and supervised projects in field of her competence.
