Estonian EU external border programme

Programme has updated the instructions on communication and visibility for beneficiaries of the Republic of Estonia.

Following the Russian military aggression against Ukraine and in line with the Commission’s decision to fully implement all EU restrictive measures, the Commission has suspended the cooperation with Russia and its ally Belarus in the European Neighbourhood Instrument cross-border cooperation programmes (ENI CBC) as well as in the Interreg Baltic Sea region programme. However, the Estonian beneficiaries can continue the implementation of project activities without interruption.

Programme does not request to apply these communication and visibility instructions retroactively, however, this is not prohibited where possible and desired.

Please take a moment to get acquainted with the document!
These instructions will remain in force until further notice.

If you have any further questions, please contact the Joint Technical Secretariat.
