Estonian EU external border programme

Preparation of the Programme Document for Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 is nearing completion. We invite everyone interested to take part in the public hearings of the Programme document (PD) elaborated for the Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027.  

The aim of the public hearings is to collect comments and opinions concerning the future of Estonia-Russia CBC Programme, proposed indicators, activities, etc under each policy objective (PO). The comments submitted within the hearings will be taken into consideration by the Joint Programming Committee, responsible for the preparation of the Estonia-Russia CBC Programme 2021-2027 and used for finalizing the PD.

In order to give the feedback to the document, please fill in the online survey feedback form by 6 January 2022. The comments can be given in all three languages: Estonian, Russian or English: https://forms.gle/fQuUFck8REhJrYMj6

As a part of this process on 16 December 2021 the Managing Authority organizes a webinar where the main chapters of the Programme document will be presented and discussed with the participants. The event will have simultaneous translation into Estonian and Russian.

Public hearings are open from 9 December 2021 till 6 January 2022 to the audience interested in the development of the content of the Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027, especially Programme stakeholders and partners, including representatives of national and regional authorities, local municipalities, and their units, NGOs, universities, other institutions.

The aim of the Estonia-Russia Cross Border Cooperation Programme 2021-2027 is to foster cross-border cooperation across the borders between the Republic of Estonia and the Russian Federation. The Programme area covers neighbouring regions of Estonia and Russia.
